The board is just as in regular Diplomacy, except that Switzerland is passable.  Switzerland does not contain a Supply Center.  There are six Great Powers, as follows (A & F designate an Army & Fleet in the corresponding Supply Center province at the start of the game):

Suggested one-letter abbreviations & colors [technically irrelevant to the game, of course]:  B, C, G, N, T, W and orange, light blue, red, pink, yellow, green both in the order given above.
