ISENGRAD: armies in Ise(isengrad),White mts and a fleet in Ened (Enedwaith)

ERIADOR: armies in For(Forlindon),Harlindon and one fleet in Greyhavens

ROHAN, DWARVES UNION, RHOVANION: no fleets
